About

The Addi Jade Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing assistance to children and families affected by pediatric cancer.  As a foundation, we aim to support the individual needs and struggles of the patients and family members as they navigate the stressful days, months, and possible years ahead.  
The Addi Jade Foundation was inspired by a ten year old little girl named Addison Jade Martinez who courageously fought a cancerous brain tumor since the age of three.  
On February 5, 2021 Addi gained her angel wings.  During Addi’s 7 year battle with this terrible disease, her fighting spirit never wavered-she never let cancer bring her down or take away her smile.  It is now up to us to come together to honor Addi’s legacy and Be Bright like Addi.  The Addi Jade foundation is dedicated to spreading love, light, kindness, and strength just like Addi always did.
